Thalwyn Consulting Sdn Bhd is a company incorporated in Malaysia (SSM No. 201101012345), with its registered office at 5-12 Persiaran Gurney, 10250 George Town, Penang. References to "Thalwyn" throughout these terms refer to this entity.

4. Consulting Services

The information on this Site describes our services in general terms. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and conditions of any consulting engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement (the "Engagement Letter") between Thalwyn and the client organisation. No binding service contract exists until an Engagement Letter has been duly signed by both parties.

Enquiries submitted through the contact form on this Site do not constitute a binding agreement or commitment of any kind.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for consulting services are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, invoice schedules, and any deposit requirements are set out in the Engagement Letter. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date may be subject to late payment charges as specified in the relevant Engagement Letter.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in the course of a consulting engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as set out in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations applicable to an engagement are addressed in the relevant Engagement Letter.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
